TMJ Disorder
-Mr. Yong本人新加坡籍于2012年因为一次性拔除了右边上下排后门的臼齿，脸部和牙龈间歇性的疼痛由此开始，导致日常生活、工作与睡眠深受影响且问题日益严重。到处寻医，直到2016年才被诊疑似为三叉神经痛。
2017年接受了扁桃体炎手术。2019年被诊断为颞下颌关节紊乱，开始接受针对性的治疗和咬肌功能治疗。2020年，也被诊断出患有睡眠呼吸暂停，进行了CPAP TMJ和SINUS CT扫描。同年，还在右智齿上进行了根管治疗，并采取了CEREC EMAX CAD牙冠、夜间防护以及冷激光治疗。2021年，进行了20次颞下颌关节脊椎按摩治疗。2022年，接受了4个疗程的肉毒杆菌毒素注射。在新加坡寻医超过十年的经历，虽然间中有些治疗减轻了疼痛，但维持时间都不长久，病情反复，有时甚至难以忍受，曾浮现绝望的念头。
2023年，机缘巧合通过Dr Chen在JB的门生推荐，并在FAMILY DENTAL FACEBOOK上看到了与我类似情况的案例及好评。2024年4月，我决定长途跋涉北上BATU PAHAT求医。第一次门诊给我留下了特别深刻的印象，诊所装饰独特温馨，医生耐心深入地了解我的病史，随后进行了详尽的口腔检查和全方位的X-ray影像，整个治疗费时将近3个小时。相比新加坡的“专业“服务差异极为明显。
接下来的几次约诊，Dr Chen团队都表现得非常悉心专业。经过3个月的治疗（日夜配戴牙套、打消炎针及干针理疗），我的疼痛指数从8-9（说话、吃东西及睡觉都疼痛难熬）下降到2-3，可以忍受的程度，大大改善了之前的问题。现在我将进入另一个疗程，并有信心取得更好的效果。衷心感谢Dr Chen 及两位特别助理 Jenny 和 Jia Min 在这几个月中的悉心照料，还有前台各位助理热诚的协助安排约诊时间。

Snoring & Mouth Breathing
-Mdm. LeeMy mom had a serious snoring problem before and her sleep and mental condition was not very good.
After learning more about it, I realized that she was suffering from mouth breathing and jaw retraction, which caused her to snore when she slept, and her mental and sleep quality was not good.
So in the last few years my mom's mental condition was getting worse and worse, she just looked like she was in a trance, her eyes were dull and she couldn't concentrate. I took my mom to Family Dental for sleep therapy, and started her to wear braces, with the oral muscle exercise training taught by the doctor, and regular follow-ups at the clinic.
More than half a year later, my mom's condition began to improve significantly. Her mental state and complexion were much better, and her eyes were more alert. She is now more able to look at others with her eyes to speak and greet them, and her facial expressions are more responsive when she interacts with others.

Have been going to this dental clinic from the previous Dr Ng till she left and now continuing my dental care and treatment under Dr Joyce. The place is also very comfortable. Very happy with everything there. The nurses there are very friendly and helpful too. Really satisfied with everything there.
